Make your way to Kinloch this morning to begin your epic adventure. Ride the Waihaha section of the Great Lake Trails with FourB. Discover towering volcanic rock cliffs, spectacular views and a waterfall hidden deep in the Waihaha Valley. The trail has been built with flowing corners and fun downhills, and some short switchback climbs to keep you honest.

Finish your ride at the breath-taking Kotukutuku Beach for a well-earned rest on the lakefront, before your transfer with Bay2Bay Water Taxi back to Kinloch.

Jump and Slump!

Taupō

Keep the heart pounding this afternoon at AJ Hackett Taupo Bungy. Leap from New Zealand’s only clifftop bungy, 47 metres above the Waikato River, then take the exhilarating Taupō Swing, reaching speeds of up to 70kmh.

Finish your epic day, relaxing and watching the sun set with a well-earned drink and scrumptious wood fired pizza at 2 Mile Bay Sailing Club, just a short walk from your accommodation this evening.

Huka Falls

This morning  grab some breakfast in Taupō town before taking a stroll to the famous Huka Falls. Start your walk at Spa Thermal Park, and check out Otumuheke Stream, a natural hot pool perched on the banks of the Waikato River. The riverside walkway will take you along the banks of the river before reaching the mighty Huka Falls. You will hear these thundering rapids long before you see them as nearly a quarter of million litres of water a second erupts from a natural gorge and over the 11-metre-high falls.

Complete your epic adventure and rest your tired muscles at Wairakei Terraces adults-only thermal hot pools.
